When you have lost your joy and you experienced again for the first time in years it is a feeling you will never want to loss again. God knew what I needed when I needed it and who would be here to see it through with me. My family and I have been through the lowest of lows but by Gos grace and unconditional love we are coming through to the other side. When we felt it was just us, God reminded us who was in our lives not for a season but for a reason. This reel shows moments of joy for me. I am so thankful for everything God has done and continues to do in my life. And this is why I praise him and I lift him up and iI magnify his name! And why my ❤️is filled with praise ❤️❤️❤️❤️

May is Mental Health Awareness month and Be ReZilient is proud to provide programing that will help remove the stigma surrounding Mental Health and begin conversations that will heal our communities. Have you checked on your friends? Have you evaluated yourself? It's ok not to be ok but you have to release the emotions to be mentally well. Take time to for self-care and mental relaxation.
