You can not change the past you can only learn from it. Healing involves forgiveness of the past so you can have a healthy future. I realize this is not easy because I personally struggle with this every day. One of my goals for 2023 is to work through my past trauma that is hindering my future success, relationships and my peace. Let’s journey through this together.
