Dr. Tiffanie Steward Deloach
Dr. Tiffanie Steward Deloach is a Global Human Resources Business Consultant, Executive Leadership Coach and International Business Professor. Dr. Deloach has dedicated her career to organizational development, effective change and project management as well as process improvements through extensive strategic and tactical alignment of support services (i.e Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.) with business strategies. She promotes organizational goals by leading teams, strategic planning, streamlining people processes, organizational and financial analysis and management, maximizing productivity and leading change management and building inclusive organizational cultured.
Deloach has proven abilities in creating and managing high-quality, cost-efficient employee initiatives responsive to organizational needs and the achievement of business objectives as well as identifying methods for improving productivity and organizational behavior through innovative management techniques in both for profit and nonprofit organizations. She brings things experiences into the classroom by helping Master’s degree and PhD students transition from the classroom to the boardroom. Dr. Deloach also serves as an industry board advisor to universities around the world helping them to ensure that the content of their curriculum realistically aligns with what employers are looking for in the labor market.
In addition to her work with Be ReZilient, Dr. Deloach also serves on the board of College Options Without Walls, an organization dedicated to supporting underrepresented students from high school through higher education, up to and including the PhD level. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated where she is a member of the Executive Board and chair of the International Awareness Committee.
Dr. Deloach holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Cheyney University, a Master’s of Science in Human Resources Management from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, A Master’s of Science in Finance from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University. She is recognized as an industry expert in global and strategic Human Resource Management, holding licenses as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management. In her spare time, Dr. Deloach enjoys reading, crafting, outdoor and water activities, traveling, Krav Maga and all Philadelphia sports teams.
